AuditorSEC Initiative: Europe’s Web3 AI Security Core
Ukraine-based R&D hub for Web3 security, AI governance, and digital trust infrastructure
Vision
Position Ukraine as the leading European R&D hub for:
- AI-augmented Web3 security and smart contract auditing.
- Post-quantum cryptography standards and tooling.
- Digital trust infrastructure for DeFi, IoT, and public programmes.
- Open standards for regulators, funds, and ecosystem partners.
Objectives
- Build an AI-assisted security and compliance layer for DeFi, IoT, and public programmes.
- Create open standards and tooling for regulators and ecosystem partners.
- Run multi-year pilots across EU and partner countries (Ukraine, BRICS, Brazil).
- Train the next generation of Web3 security engineers in Ukraine.
- Establish Ukraine as a Diia.City deeptech export hub.
